The liquid solution flows through automated liquid-liquid extraction rows. Specialized organic extractants bind selectively with targeted ions. By adjusting pH levels, we isolate pure, separate solution streams for Copper, Cobalt, Nickel, and Lithium, leaving no complex cross-contamination behind.
High-Precision Electrowinning
The separate metallic solutions enter advanced electrowinning cells. An electrical current passes through the liquid, prompting metal ions to crystalize and deposit as pure solid metal onto starter cathodes. This allows us to harvest dense, high-purity metal sheets without any open-flame smelting emissions.
Chemical Precipitation & Validation
Elements designated for battery manufacturing (like Lithium and Manganese) are precisely precipitated into refined chemical salts, such as Lithium Carbonate. Every batch goes through ICP-OES spectral analysis to confirm it hits the >99.9% purity mark before leaving for advanced manufacturing industries.
